City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of the month, except in certain cases. For the entire 2008 schedule, see our calendar page.

Any city resident may testify in person at City Hall or you can submit testimony to the mayor and aldermen. The form to use to request to speak is at this link: http://www.annapolis.gov/upload/images/government/forms/speakfrm.pdf.
